About Us
What Makes Us Special
We developed an entirely new approach on how to build houses and which materials to use.

We use recycled materials and enhance them with the nanotechnologies to create unique properties for superior construction materials. This enables us to create modules that are unmatched with their performance. We achieve 50% fewer carbon emissions, less than 1% of waste, highest isolation KPIs and for only 50% of the price of traditional building materials!

But this is just the beginning.
With our unique platform system, every house can be extended flexibly within days and is optimised for rapid maintenance, modification and technology implementation.
Mission
To Deliver Enough Sustainable, Smart And Affordable Homes For Everyone To Enjoy.
Vision
Our vision is to give the generations to come a home.
Approach
Holistic Optimisation Of Sustainability & Functionality Across The Entire Life Cycle.
Meet The Team
Nathan Feddy
Co-Founder & CEO
Nathan holds a master's degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering from the University of Birmingham. After a brief stint in property finance, he transitioned into nanotechnology consulting under the International Standards Organisation. Nathan then joined the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre, where he collaborated with startups and global corporations, integrating graphene and 2D materials into their products. Additionally, he served as an international business developer for the €1bn Graphene Flagship, fostering collaborations across Europe.
Dr. Liam Britnell
Co-Founder & CTO
Liam with an 11-year tenure in advanced materials research, earned his PhD in solid state physics under Nobel Laureate Sir Prof Novoselov in 2012. He authored 40+ research papers garnering 20,000+ citations. Before founding Vector Homes, he served as Application Manager at the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre, leading printed electronics projects for scale-up in wireless communication, electrochemical sensing, and smart surfaces. Liam was formerly VP at Graphene Lighting and R&D Manager at BGT Materials, overseeing £5m of research. He boasts over 14 years in the graphene and 2D materials development field.
Jonas Singer
Co-Founder & COO
Jonas began as an industrial mechanic and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Engineering. He later completed a Master's in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester. He gained experience in engineering at Blaser Group and project management at Dethleffs. Jonas also worked as a senior consultant at Ernst & Young and EY Parthenon Strategy while pursuing a doctorate in Strategic Management at Bundeswehr University Munich, focusing on VC and PE investments in European startups.
Dr. Vicente Orts
Senior Scientist
Vicente secured his PhD in Nanoscience from The University of Manchester. Here he gained expertise in nanocomposite development, characterisation, and testing under the supervision of Prof. Ian Kinloch. While carrying out his doctorate, he organised and delivered the world's first Graphene Hackathon, co-founded a med-tech start-up, and published research leveraging machine learning for industrial characterisation of 2D materials. A strong science communicator with a passion for technology entrepreneurship, he has raised over half a million pounds in grant funding in the last three years.
Akiva Jacobs
Technical Mechanic
Akiva is a determined and versatile individual, embarked on an extraordinary journey. He began by establishing his own business and later delved into the realm of sales at Oakmont Bridge Group Bearing solicitors. Seeking further knowledge, Akiva pursued his studies at Bar Ilan University. His passion for construction led him to specialize in electrics, and he now takes great pride in his work at Vector Homes. Akiva's dedication and adaptability have been the driving forces behind his success.
